Notes for John SALTS
John had no middle name as did his father. John and Mary came to Phelps Co., MO. In 1859. He apparently died shortly after going to Missouri.158 They came with three small children of their own and two other children and one adult. One child, a daughter died in 1860.213

Notes
John died in the Civil War and left no will.

The family is recorded twice in the 1860 census.
