The following is the abstract of his will dated 6 March 1856.246
To be buried at Cherokee graveyard with a suitable head and foot stone at my grave. To Jane H. Bacon and Sara Million - furniture equally divided. Deceased wife, Mary Million’s bed I give to Robert Shelton Bacon and my wife’s bed to Mary Nancy Bacon. To sister Nancy Hartsell - Bacon, Jeremiah & Mary Million his daughter. - I give land, horses, cattle, etc. Divide between the 4 last named. Executors: Mark Bacon, Jeremiah Million. Wit.: John H. Crawford, Thomas E. Dosser. Probated 16 Sept., 1856. Signed: Robert Million
