Benjamin and Margaret came to Mercer Co., KY after they married.719
Benjamin Daniel did not leave a will, but other records show division of his property and other records which reveal names of his wife and children. One daughter, Phenton Daniel, had married Henry P. Smart in Mercer Co., in 1810 and the 1830 Census of Mercer shows them with 8 children, two of whom would be Ann Eliza, wife of Matthew A. Hall and Elizabeth, wife of Fielding Mace Hall.425
