Somehow, Mayme Winkler Bruchart was related to my grandmother, Lena Alice Saults Covey. I'm not sure how, but I know that Mayme's youngest son, Robert L. Bruchart, came to visit my mother in 1976 as recorded in her yearly Christmas card. It said he was from California and that he was the youngest son of Aunt Mayme Winkler Bruchart.
Also, from my memory, Josephine Winkler always said that we were distantly related in some way, but no one ever seemed to remember how. Mom couuldn't remember either.
