Earl M. Salts - JOHNSON CITY Earl Milton Salts, 93, 400 N. Boone St., died Friday, April 25, 2003, at Asbury Center.
Mr. Salts was a native of Washington County, where he had lived for most of his life. He was a son of the late William and Jennie Kelsey Salts.
Mr. Salts was an automobile mechanic and retired from McKeller Cadillac, Orlando, Fla., in 1971.
He was a charter member of Midway Presbyterian Church and attended Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Salts was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Lena Mae Tyree Salts, in 1977; four brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include one daughter, Robbie Cross, Johnson City; one brother, Harold Loyd Salts, Daytona, Fla.; one sister, Stella Lowe, Johnson City; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Manuel, Johnson City; one great-grandson, Garrett Wayne Manuel, Johnson City; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Earl Milton Salts, 93, Asbury Center, who died Friday, will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday in Woodall-Anderson Funeral Home with the Rev. Ross Lindley officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Roselawn Memory Gardens for the graveside service. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday from 6-7 p.m. Woodall-Anderson Funeral Home, 108 W. Watauga Ave. Johnson City, Tenn., 423-928-2101, is in charge of arrangements.
