The information given in the index is Mountain Branch, Johnson City, Washington County [Carter County]. This is what’s documented, but it doesn’t make sense. In 1930 they were living up in Minnesota. So he must have come back down to go to the hospital, then back up to Minnesota where he died in 1939.
