Charles R. Saulls passed away on May 24, 2007, at the age of 71. Although he had cancer, Charlie celebrated his life, lived life to the fullest, and was an inspiration to all who knew him. His time at Delta Tau Delta was one of the most joyous times of his life. Charlie’s first job was at the Potlatch Pulp and Paperboard Division in Lewiston, Idaho, in 1960. He then held various leadership positions in sales and management with companies in Atlanta and Albany, Georgia, and San Francisco, California. In 1971 he started his own beverage business in southern California that catered to various commercial and institutional needs. During retirement, Charlie became a scuba diver, accomplished golfer, art collector, reader, and history and science buff. He and his wife, Linda, loved traveling as well.He always enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Charlie is survived by Linda, four daughters, a brother, a sister-in-law, and four grandchildren.
