1880 census - Boles, Franklin County, Missouri - I’m not 100% sure about this find. But it could be them. However, there is a Samuel Byland who is buried out in Pawnee County, Kansas, which is the same area where his sister moved to after she remarried Silas Arborgast.

There are two entries for Samuel and Elizabeth’s marriage in Pettis Co., MO. One is on the 11th of December 1860 and the other is on the 18th. But the 11th an clearly be read on both entries, so I’m not sure why the 18th has been listed. The date it was filed (by mail) April 15, 1851. B.F Goodwin, Minister of the Gospel.
