WILL OF CONRAD KEICHER, SR   (Washington County, Tennessee)
. in the Name of God Amen
. I, Conrad Keicher, sen. Of Washington County and
. State of Tennessee being feeble in Body and knowing
. that it is appointed for all men to die. But thanks be
. to God of sound mind and memory, except my age, I therefore
. think proper to make this my Last will & Testament,
. first of all I recommend my Soul into the Hands of
. Almighty God who gave the same.  And my Body
. to be buried in a Christian decent burial at the
. discretion of My Executors.
. First, as touching my worldly property wherewith
. it pleased God to bless to bless me with, I will that all my
. Land be sold at public sale I will that it should be sold
. on a credit of four years, and the payments to be made
. in four annual payments, my movable property
. also to be sold at public sale on a credit of twelve
. months.  My will is that all the Money which I have
. and which shall be received from the sale of the Land and
. of the loose property shall belong to my Dearly beloved
. wife Margaret, as long as she is my widow, she shall
. have the Privilege to take of the movable property
. whatever she may choose.  My Executors, shall make
. the sale put the money on in trust, provide for my wife
. so that she may live decent and comfortable.  My Executors
. shall give good bond & security for the true perfor-
. mance.  After my wife's decease the Money remaining
. and the  property which my wife leaves shall be equally
. divided among all my children.  And as my children
. owe by note and accounts to me I will that the money
. shall not be collected from them until after my wife's
. decease then it is to be discharged.  I will that Anna
. Lobwasser shall immediately after my decease have
. a cow and heifer  & a bed and bed clothes which I have
. promised to her for her labour, and which she claims.
. I will that my son Conrad Kicher & George Walter
. be my Executors of this my will and Testament
. and I herewith revoke and disallow all former wills
. and testaments made by me, and do make and ordain
. this to be my last will & Testament.  In witness whereof
. I have set my Hand and Seal this 16Th Day of January
. 1826.
