Thomas' daughter was the informant for her father's death certificate. She gave her address as Jonesboro. It says that he was born on the 20th of January, 1828 in Jonesboro. His parents were Daniel and Rebecca Ball Salts. He was buried in Jonesboro on the 27th of Jan 1916.
